I spent the better part of this morning and afternoon with Daniel going over photos from yesterday's lookbook shoot, and without getting too crazy, let me just say, everything turned out BETTER than expected.

For those of you who missed last month's event, we're doing it again!  Friday, August 26th!  Don't text me the day after asking how it was.  Be there, FOOL!
Yep, that's what I'm eating tonight for dinner.  It wasn't that long ago at all that I made a bold statement claiming I ONLY shoot on 35mm film.  I think that was before I had car payments, because I sold out, and I went digital.  For the techies, a Nikon D5100 to be exact.

Film costs money; a lot of it.  In order to update this blog as much as I'd like to, and as efficient as I'd like to, there was just no way I was going to be able to get it done, solely using film.

The processing, developing, oops we accidentally gave yours to a guy named "Bill';  Its happened.

Without further ado, I now present to you a completely raw picture I took in my backyard, using none other than my new camera.  No photoshop.  No gimmicks.

I'm down.

N O W   O P E N ! ! !
After 7 1/2 years of blood, sweat, and lots of tears, we officially have a place we can call our own.  Located in beautiful Long Beach, CA, our brand new Flagship Store is walking distance from Bixby Park, which features a skatepark created by Legendary Skateboarder Geoff Rowley, and a brand new dog park!

While still completely family owned and operated, you can visit us 7 days a week to shop and at any given time you may even see our shirts being made as we print almost everything in-house.
You never know what you might see being made when you look through the Dubquarium.

Last week we had the privilege and honor of joining our good friends, and fellow Long Beach based business' Beachwood Brewing
and The Hawk Bar for the can release of Beachwood's infamous LBC IPA!  This beer takes the term "dank" to a whole new level
and is a must have when you see it anywhere in cans or on draft.

MUCH love and respect once again to Krista from Beachwood, and Kyle from The Hawk Bar for allowing us to be a part of such an awesome event driven by the community.
